AI Transparency Disclosure (Effective as of April 2026)

Ecovolt Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("Ecovolt," "we," "our," "us") is committed to transparency about how artificial intelligence powers our products and services. Our cloud-based Building Management System platform, Everest, integrates third-party AI services to deliver intelligent energy analytics, automation, and operational insights for our customers.

2. AI Services We Use

Everest incorporates the following third-party AI services:

  • Google Gemini (provided by Google LLC): Used for processing and interpreting building energy data, generating natural-language insights, and powering intelligent automation features within the Everest platform, including integration with Google Calendar for automated physical room scheduling.
  • OpenAI (provided by OpenAI, L.L.C.): Used for natural-language processing, contextual recommendations, and advanced analytics capabilities within the Everest platform.

These services may evolve over time as we improve our platform. We will update this page to reflect any material changes to the AI services integrated into our products.

3. How AI Is Applied

AI capabilities within Everest are used to:

  • Analyse real-time and historical energy consumption data to surface actionable insights.
  • Generate automated scheduling recommendations and manage room bookings via Google Calendar integration.
  • Provide natural-language summaries of building performance and energy trends.
  • Detect anomalies, forecast energy demand, and recommend optimisation strategies.

4. Data Handling

All data processed through third-party AI services is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key safeguards include:

  • Data sent to AI services is limited to what is necessary for the specific feature or function.
  • Personal data is anonymised or pseudonymised before being transmitted to third-party AI providers wherever feasible.
  • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • We do not use customer data to train third-party AI models. Our usage of Google Gemini and OpenAI APIs operates under their respective enterprise and API data-use policies, which prohibit using API inputs for model training.

Customers retain full ownership of their data as outlined in our Terms of Service. AI-powered features within Everest can be configured based on customer preferences and access controls.
